Where are my files stored?
Your files are hosted our dedicated secure servers at Softlayer, one of the world’s most respected data centers on the globe. We have been hosting with Softlayer for almost a decade and have found them extremely stable and helpful.
Is OurDisk safe, secure and reliable?
We take all reasonable precautions to keep your information safe and secure. Our team of web specialists uses the latest web technologies to ensure that your files are secure. Our web systems are robust and proven. For additional security, all files are transferred and stored through SSL Security Certificates.
Is our data backed up?
Data is backed up nightly and written to multiple disks. We can perform full backup recovery in the event of a system-wide emergency. Our uptime is over 99%.
Can I get a copy of all my files?
Yes, we can establish a regular backup routine that allows you to download all your files on a weekly or monthly basis ($10/GB/backup process). This gives you the peace of mind that, if aliens abduct us (or similar), you will have all your files safe in your own office. Please contact our sales team to arrange a backup plan.
How does the 30-day free trial work?
Sign-up today and we’ll have you going within 24hrs. If you cancel your subscription within 30 days of signing up you won’t be charged a cent. If you do choose to cancel your account in the future you will never be charged again, but you are responsible for charges already incurred up until your cancellation. Refunds can not be issued after your initial 30 day trial and we don’t prorate for partial months.
Can I change plans at any time?
Yep. Just let us know via email.
Do I have to sign a long term contract?
No. OURDISK™ is a pay-as-you-go service. There are no long term contracts or commitments on your part. You simply pay month-to-month. If you cancel, you’ll be billed for the current month, but you won’t be billed again.
What types of payment do you accept?
Currently we accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. We do not accept PayPal. At this time we only accept payments online so we will not be able to accept a money order, invoice you, or take an order over the phone.
