Video streaming released

OurDisk proudly announces video streaming in our latest upgrade. Due to high demand from our media agency clients, OurDisk has now introduced video streaming. Watch videos right inside OurDisk without downloading them.

It’s a great way to share daily rushes or location shots with your production team within minutes.

Here’s an example:

You have filmed your day’s rushes and need feedback quickly from key stakeholders. Instead of burning to DVD and sending via the post, costing you valuable time and money, you can upload it to OurDisk.

Your client or team can view it immediately using their own secure login to access the videos. When your client logs in they don’t need to download the file, they can simply view it in the browser (currently MP4 compatibility only).

Each user can add notes to about the file if you give them permission to do so. You can even track whether your client has logged to see the file.

Another exciting addition will be the ability to view your video files streaming to your mobile phone or iPad (due for release very soon).
